Today, my husband took off work to meet me at the Camarillo Post Office to get a passport for my infant son (both parents are required to be present.) I arrived at 4:20 and got into line. My husband arrived ten minutes later. Carol came out and noticed the line. At this time, she should have checked to see that she had too many customers for the time she had left. At 5:40 we were told by the manager RICK that CAROL could not service us as CAROL yelled from the back, "They weren't here for an hour!" instead of apologizing. Not only were they rude, they did not attempt to mitigate the damages. With driving time, we wasted several hours of our lives at this location. Avoid going to this location if you value your time.
